Customers Need Love Too!

Good Evening to All,
I hope you had a great Friday and are now looking forward to staying focused on your customers, manufacturer expectations, and taking care of yourselves while the holiday's quickly approach us. I have a Terry Brock article for you today that was shared with me that I am sure you will enjoy as it is very customer focused. I wanted to show them some love today as they are one of the reasons we can open our doors each day. I think it is really important to focus on what their needs and wants are in order to provide the best level of customer service that we can. I mean customer service in a way that is not just concerned with solving any problems that customers may have, but making every step of the way a stellar experience. 1. Be obsessed with helping them achieve their goals

Whether it is increased sales, lower turnover, a successful launch of their new product, or something else, find what is the hot button for them now. Then become obsessed with how you can help them achieve that goal.

2. Implement rapid-response systems

Develop the systems so you have a fast response to customer inquiries. Remember the old adage "Money loves speed." In an era when Amazon has made second-day free delivery the norm, you have to hustle even more to satisfy customers. The answer is to engineer your systems so you can respond rapidly to the needs of customers — particularly your most valuable customers.
