Transcribed interview from video:

Pepco: How do you think it went? How did it compare to other water heater installs?
Dewey (Richardson Plumbing): No problems what so ever. It installs just like any regular water heater does.

P: Do you think this heater is a good up-sell to customers with some of its upgrades?
D: Definitely. Especially with the recovery rate being so high - a lot of people are going to want that.
Instead of having to put a tankless in, you put this in, and you'll get almost as much as tankless gives you.

P: Do you think the powered anode rod is an up-sell to customers?
D: Very much so, I mean, because you never are going to have to replace it. Definitely an up-sell. Anode rods in
a regular water heater, you're never going to get them out. With this one, you never have to replace it.
Most definitely an up-sell to me.

P: What about the pilot light - no standing pilot light on this model?
D: It's going to save you on gas in the long run. It ignites and fires up just like a tankless does
which is a great thing. If it was [up to] me, I would have them all like this where you never have a standing
pilot on any of them.

P: Thank you.
D: No problem.
