And the Grammy goes to??? Did I say Grammy? What I really meant was 2015 Plumbing and Mechanical Rep of the Year goes to... Pepco Sales and Marketing! We at Pepco are so thrilled and excited to be able to share this honor with everyone that has made our organization great over the years. We would not have achieved such merit without the support from our customers, our manufacturers, and of course, our fabulous TEAM!
Lots of very exciting things have been happening this year and this recognition was like the cherry on top! Here are a few things you can expect from Pepco this year:
- Coming up in June/July is a big customer service training push. In June, we start a 12 week, multi-media intensive customer service course for all of Pepco’s inside staff from accounting to customer service, to warehouse staff.
- It’s Super Trip Season! Thank you all for your support. Points are racking up quickly, and customers are earning trips. Be on the lookout in the coming months for details on attending the November’s Super Trip in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
- Pepco Academy training center just installed new audio visual equipment and we have begun the construction of the wet lab. The scheduled completion date is 8/1.
- Our second class in our SMOT program will be graduating soon and moving into new roles within the organization
We pride ourselves with being a forward thinking organization focused on creating the best possible solutions for the industry. As our sales team continues to learn and develop their sales skills as well as their product knowledge, we hope to continue serving the industry for many more years to come.
