Today I was reading on of my favorite bloggers posts from a few days ago and I realized that no matter when I look at his blog I always take something away from it. I have started to realize more and more that we are becoming a world in which everything is digital, all online, faster, less face to face to contact and so on. So if this is the direction our world is moving in we have to move with it, right?

We need to think about what is at the core of a technologically advanced universe. Lately I have heard over and over again that success in this new environment is going to come from trust. If we gain the trust of those that we do business with, we are sure to prevail. See below for some of my favorite thoughts from Seth Godin's blog on this subject. The digital asset that matters is trust. Awareness first, then interaction, and maybe a habit, but all three mean nothing if they don't lead to permission and trust. The privilege of connection.

Everything else is slippery.
